Taj it’s under new ownership , seems that it’s going through some changes but you can see how the quality of food just improved. Really really nice food. They are working really hard and giving good service. Yesterday I went for their special Wednesday dinner buffet. It was awesome. Good options in the buffet and everything tastes great. Service needs to improve a little more but really happy to see that I’ve a new sport in town for having nice indian food.

Exceptional food! Really amazing service by Daniel. We had the tandoori platter and the lamb Rogan curry. Both were immaculate. The aesthetic feels very authentic and they have a buffet that I cannot wait to come back to! The bullet naan was the best I’ve ever had. 5/5

First time eating here, and I went for their lunch buffet so I can try a lot of things. I really enjoyed it. Flavored rice, soft warm bread, those fried onion clusters (my favorite!), the vegetable stew was also delicious, and a good balance of vegan and non-vegan items. There were some spiciness in some items (for flavor) but not enough to sweat. It was a good price and a nice cool respite from the heat. I look forward to going back :)

The food was enjoyable, and the buffet stood out—quite literally—as it was kept piping hot. When I inquired, the waiter explained that many patrons prefer their buffet items extremely hot, so they maintain a high temperature. To prevent the food from drying out, they have a system of rehydrating and stirring the dishes every 30 minutes. It’s evident that the management takes customer feedback seriously, perhaps even to the point of obsession. While this dedication ensures a high-quality dining experience, it also made me hesitant to offer any critiques, fearing that they might lose sleep over it. Best cook-to-order Indian food I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely delicious.
